Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.


General Conditions

  • Non-Returnable Items: All purchases made on sale, at a discount, or using a coupon or gift voucher are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing sale products.
  • Made-to-Order: Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Sarees: We do not offer exchanges or returns for sarees.
  • International Orders: Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please send it back to us along with your order number. Once the product is delivered back to us, we will strive to send you a fresh replacement within one week.


Exchange Policy

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any products once sold.

Once a Jaipuritrend piece is sold, it can only be exchanged for a replacement in a larger or smaller size (provided all terms and conditions are met). Customers will only receive a credit note if the desired size of the product is out of stock.

  • Exchange Window: If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for a size exchange, you must email us at support@jaipuritrend.com within 5 working days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: You must self-ship the product back to us. We do not have a free reverse pickup facility. If you require us to arrange a reverse pickup, a charge of ₹300 will apply. (This can be prepaid, or we will send your exchanged product with a ₹300 COD charge).
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping (both reverse pickup and forward shipping) is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

Exchange Dispatching Instructions:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels and tags completely intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
  • Please clearly mention your Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, Order ID, and the Required Size on the parcel.
  • Important: Please ensure you take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person confirming the number of products dispatched, along with their signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
  • In the case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a different size equal to the amount of the exchanged product, minus the shipping/COD costs for to-and-fro transit.

Cancellations & Credit Notes

  • Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. We can only issue a credit note for future use.
  • COD Orders: You can cancel a Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at support@jaipuritrend.com to request a cancellation.
  • Credit Note Issuance: If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, a credit note will be emailed to you. This credit note is valid for 30 days on the Jaipuritrend website. You will need to share a screenshot of the credit note email with us when redeeming it.

Why Might My Exchange Be Rejected?

  • Dislike of Material or Color: Exchanges or returns are not accepted simply because the customer does not like the material or color. We highly suggest reading the full product description and reviewing all pictures before ordering. You may also contact us for further details before making a purchase.
  • Handcrafted Variations: Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. Slight variations in color, finish, and overall look are bound to occur.
  • Screen Display Differences: A 5-8% color difference can occur depending on the screen resolution of your device and camera lighting. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Please do not expect an exchange or return for subtle color variations.
  • Condition of Item: Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product has been washed or worn.
  • Sale Items & Sarees: Purchases made from the SALE section or purchases of Sarees are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.

International Shipping and Returns

Which countries does Jaipuritrend ship to?
We ship to the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, and Afghanistan.

What are the international shipping costs and duties?
For all international orders outside of India, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the package weight. Please note: Custom duties and taxes are charged at the time of delivery and must be borne solely by the customer.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel an international order?
No. International orders are strictly not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges. For tracking updates, please email us at support@jaipuritrend.com.

How long will it take for my international order to reach me?
From the time of shipping, it takes approximately 12-15 working days for your international order to reach you. An Express facility is also available for an additional charge, which delivers within 10-12 days. (We will try our best to deliver within this timeline, but exceptions may occur).

What payment methods are available for international shipping?
You can use all major international credit cards or PayPal to make payments for international orders.
