Shipping Policy

  • What is the cost of shipping?

    • Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders outside of India, shipping is calculated according to the product weight at a reasonable shipping cost.

  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?

    • It takes approximately 7–10 days for domestic orders and 12–15 days for international orders to reach you. Customized orders take about 10–12 days. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

    • We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us at 7014027971 or write to us at support@jaipuritrend.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

    • Yes, you can track your order from our tracking page at jaipuritrend.com. It requires your order ID and contact number, or you can also track it using your AWB number. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Additional Charges

    • An additional charge of ₹300 will be added to your shipment if the order value is below ₹1500. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders below ₹1500.

Customs & Duties for International Shipments

All customs and duties for international shipments will be borne by the customer. These charges cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order. We cannot assure you whether a particular order will require these payments, as customs policies are entirely beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellations: Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Cancellations From Our Side: Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

    • Situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

    • We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

    • If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the exact amount will be reversed back to your card account.

    • If we are unable to fulfill an order within 25 days due to any reason, it shall be canceled.

Courier Information

  • Delivery takes 7–10 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification and administrative processes.

  • The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.

  • If no one is at the home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company to arrange a suitable time for redelivery.

  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number. After that, it is the customer’s duty to follow up with the courier company. We can assist you with the exact status of the order along with its location if needed.

Customer Support

  • Timings: Your orders will only be processed and packed during operational hours. Our support team operates from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

  • Communication Channels: We do not accept support requests via Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp calls.
