  • Checkout Process: After adding items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout where you will be required to provide your name, billing and delivery addresses, contact number, email address, and payment details.

  • Account Confidentiality: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification code, password, and other security information. Do not disclose this to third parties. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

  • Account Suspension: We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms.

  • Order Confirmation: A contract is formed, and payment is taken in full, only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you via email.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Price Changes: Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event an item is priced incorrectly on the site, we reserve the right to supply it at the correct price. We will inform you of any discrepancies before processing delivery.

  • Discount Codes: Promotional codes are stand-alone and cannot be combined with other offers. Discount codes do not apply to pre-order items. Jaipuritrend reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or stop any promotion at any time.

4. Our Products

  • Visual Representation: Product images are for display purposes. While we make every effort to display colors accurately, your device's screen may alter the color slightly. Minor variations between the digital image and the physical product may occur.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Shipping Addresses: Items will be shipped to the "delivery address" specified during checkout. We use a signed-for delivery service to ensure secure transit and proof of delivery.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery is free within India. For international delivery charges, please refer to our delivery information page.

  • Timelines:

    • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 days.

    • Domestic (India): Delivery within 7 to 8 working days.

    • International: Delivery within 10 to 15 working days.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, unavoidable delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following strict conditions:

  • Domestic Size Exchanges: Size exchanges are available for domestic orders only and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. A two-way shipping charge of ₹300 applies for the reverse pickup and forward shipping.

  • International Orders: All international sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds are permitted. Please consult our size charts carefully before purchasing.

  • Sale & Custom Items: Products purchased on sale or as customized orders are strictly ineligible for exchange (applicable to both domestic and international orders).

  • Defective Items: We conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item, we will offer a replacement exchange. No refunds will be issued.
