Shipping Policy

Jaipuritrend aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed are dispatched within 2 to 3 days and will be delivered to you within 7 to 8 working days. However, on some occasions, there might be unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. We send all our orders via a signed-for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping for all orders within India is Free.

  • For all international orders (outside India), shipping for orders below $85 is charged according to different country shipping rate slabs. Orders above $85 are shipped free.

Note: All applicable duties or tariffs charged by the importing country must be borne by the customer.

Delivery Time

From the time of shipping, it takes about 7–8 days for domestic orders and 12–15 working days for international orders to reach you (this may change in the case of customized orders). If you have placed an order with numerous items, please note that these items may be delivered to you in different shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and on some occasions, there might be unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

If Order Dispatch is Delayed

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@jaipuritrend.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Order Tracking

  • For orders within India, when your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number details and the courier company.

  • After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can track the status of your package within 24 hours.

  • We take 15–20 working days to ship international orders from our end.

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Customs & Duties

Any customs or import duties are levied once a package reaches its destination country. Any hidden or additional charges for customs clearance or duties must be borne by the client only. These charges are beyond our control, and we cannot predict what they may be. Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.

 

Order Cancellation (By Us)

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and must cancel from our side. Jaipuritrend reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In some situations, your order can be canceled due to:

  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

  • Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in product or pricing information.

Sometimes we may also require additional information or verification before we accept your order. We will contact you if your order is canceled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled from our side, the charged amount will be reversed back to your card account. We expect the customer not to dispute the decision made by Jaipuritrend and to accept Jaipuritrend’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Courier Information

  • Delivery takes 7–8 working days for domestic orders.

  • We will mail you the ordered items as soon as the payment verification is done (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Orders are 100% trackable.

  • The customer or anyone living at the address will be required to sign for the package at the door.

  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will email you the details of the order with the courier company and tracking number. After that, it is the customer's duty to follow up with the courier company. If you face any problems regarding delivery, you can email us at support@jaipuritrend.com and we will help you out as early as we can.

Change of Delivery Address

We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed (billed). If you need to change your delivery address after purchase, you will need to contact the courier company directly. For further advice on this, please contact Jaipuritrend by emailing us at support@jaipuritrend.com.
