Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following strict conditions:

• Domestic Size Exchanges: Size exchanges are available for domestic orders only and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. A two-way shipping charge of ₹300 applies for the reverse pickup and forward shipping.

• International Orders: All international sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds are permitted. Please consult our size charts carefully before purchasing.

• Sale & Custom Items: Products purchased on sale or as customized orders are strictly ineligible for exchange (applicable to both domestic and international orders).

• Defective Items: We conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item, we will offer a replacement exchange. No refunds will be issued.
